History and present:

The history of the Parish of Hlubocky dates back to the 14th century when the first chapel was built. Over time, the parish underwent many changes. Efforts to build its own church began in 1880, but it was not consecrated until 1910. This beautiful church has become the centre of the spiritual and social life of the village.

Spiritual activities

The parish offers regular services and sacraments. It is centred around the parish priest (currently Fr. Tomasz Żurek MSc.) , who provides spiritual guidance to all age groups supported by the pastoral team. It is known for its active community life which includes not only religious but also cultural and social activities.

Community events and projects:

The parish of Hlubocky is involved in various charitable and community projects. It regularly organises collections to help those in need and holds cultural events to strengthen community ties. One of the important events is the annual parish festival, which attracts visitors from all over the region.

Plans for the future:

The parish of Hlubocky has ambitious plans to expand its activities and improve its facilities. These include the construction of a community centre to allow further development of programmes for children and young people.
